The Melrose Suite
South Wing: One of our largest rooms, The Melrose embodies all of the beautiful things at Coalson. The walls and fabrics in the room are decorated with the flowers seen in our gardens. The Melrose has a lovely view of the Magnolias and Pool House. It is spacious with twelve-foot ceilings, his and her vanities, walk in closet and a king-size four-poster bed. The Melrose has a large, cultured marble Jacuzzi and its own entrance from the veranda.

The Sinkola Suite
South Wing: The cool reserve of this suite is conveyed with its soft silver grays and rich leather chairs. The 12-ft. ceilings and king-size four-poster bed augment the elegance of this suite. The Sinkola possesses a Jacuzzi bath and ornamental fireplace.

The Elsoma Suite
South Wing: Sister rooms, The Salome and the Sevilla, make up this two-bedroom suite. Both rooms complement one another in beiges and greens that match the historic pattern used in the windows treatments. The Hanna's used the pattern in the early twentieth century. Both have ornamental fireplaces, queen beds, and share an adjoining bath.

The Winnstead Suite
North Wing: This beautiful suite possesses a removed privacy and regal atmosphere and has a peaceful view of the Avenue of Magnolias and veranda. The room's mahogany furniture and deep blue damask fabrics lend a sense of strength and calm to its grand size with twelve-foot ceilings, cultured marble Jacuzzi and king-size four-poster bed.

The Twin Oaks Room
North Wing: An antique, flame mahogany, four-poster queen size bed is sheltered within deep wine walls, beautiful Camellia prints, an ornamental fireplace, spacious bath, and walk-in closet.

The Pebble Hill Room
North Wing: Summer's vivaciousness is infused in this room with a cream yellow, green and rose trim to accent the floral print. The Pebble Hill boasts a Jacuzzi, walk-in shower, a wall of mirrors, 12-ft. ceilings, ornamental fireplace, and queen-size bed. The view from the windows of the Pebble Hill Room offers a perspective of the Pool House.

The Coalson Room
In this room the guest is serenely welcomed with gold and cream white accents with the print of southern magnolias. This room is one of subtly stated elegance, provides a magnificent view of the gardens from its window, and has a plush king bed with 65oz down comforter and custom duvet.

The Gignaillait Room
A green and rose floral print provides the romantic charm of the countryside in this room. The cozy desk area and private bath welcome the guest with the comfort of home. From the second story window one may gaze upon the formal gardens and sunken garden. The room boasts a king size bed with a custom made duvet and 65 oz goose down comforter.

The Doctor Jones Room
The enthusiast of the hunt will find the décor in this room perfect. Decorated in the English fox hunt theme, the room is lit by a hanging lamp fashioned from brass hunting bugles. This room has a full bath, king size plantation bed with 65 oz goose down comforter and custom duvet. The window provides a magnificent view of the garden courtyard and surrounding grounds.

The Wyche Room
A Romantic ambience is created with the charming red French toile pattern found in this room. It is beautifully furnished with an elegant red chair and antique queen size bed. It provides a private desk area and the private bathroom located just a few steps down the hall. The second story window looks out on a sweeping view of the plantation.
